--What are we?--
Well, if you've read the Maximum Ride series, you should know what series this is based on.

And I've been asked before as to what an OC is.
Well, this is Wikipedia's meaning:
An original character, or OC, is a character created by a fanfic author or roleplayer for an established canon storyline. For instance, if someone were to write a story set in Tolkien's Middle-earth, but focused on a person who was not in the original novels, the new character would be an OC.


--Joining--
You wanna join right? Of course you do!
Here’s how, it’s not hard.
Just add the club to your watch list then send the club or my official account ~GigaTCF (or one of the other Admins, as soon as I get one >.> a note asking to join and I’ll add you! Bear in mind it would be easier if you sent the note to the club.
And don't forget to add the club's icon to your journal!

--Submitting Art/Fiction--
If you want to submit some work to the club, just note the club with a link to your submissions. Bear in mind if they don’t have a download link I may not be able to get them and either ask you have a download link or host it somewhere else like photobucket.
Also, so the club’s front page isn’t filled with your work, only 3 submissions per update. I will go over all items in the said update and each one I deem the best will go up on the clubs favourite deviation for a month.

--Other rules/news--
First off favourites.
As with any other club, do NOT fave any of the work on the club. I will have a link to the original in the description of the submission. If you do fave any of the clubs work, expect a nasty note when you log in.

Slash work
I myself have nothing against it, but there are some people who do. So I’ll set up this. I WILL accept slash work, but I will put it in the scraps section so those who do not wish to see it don’t have to. If this still causes problems however, I will come up with an alternative… Somehow.

MR News:
First piece of news, if you remember the CampBummerCast thing I mentioned in the last update (if not, go download it from iTunes, it's free!), well, we got mentioned Yay n' such, though they seemed to think I was American... Not that there's anything wrong with that, just, y'know (or you don't), I'm actually English, so, yeah... Episode 4 should hopefully be up soon from them, though it's been a while since they've updated, just keep your fingers crossed I guess.

Next item of business, and it's big. I was searching for the Maximum Ride manga on Amazon, when I stumbled across what I consider to be the unnofficial announcement of MR5! No idea what it's about yet, however it seems to have been said to have the same amount of pages as the last book, so I'm a little wary about it. Still, I'll try and keep up to date on the news and tell you as and when we get more info.
